Before enabling the PIN Code functionality on the Point of Sale, you will want to make sure that employees are entered into the Addmi Dashboard. For additional information regarding adding users and adjusting user roles, click here.
First, navigate to the three lines displayed in the top left corner.
Next, navigate to the POS “Settings”.
Once in the POS settings, you will want to select the "PIN Code" option. This will display the option to enable the Employee PIN Code access. Additionally, you can select the PIN Code timeout threshold, which will automatically log out a current user from the POS.
Once the Addmi PIN Code feature is enabled, the current user's name will be displayed at the bottom-left corner. Tapping on the user's name will display the additional features. Depending on the user's role and their restrictions, the additional features can vary.
To log out of a current user's PIN, you can tap on the "Logout" icon on the bottom left.
