Users have access to the Manager Shift Review, allowing them to view all employees that have accessed the POS and track how many payments have been transacted. Selecting a specific employee will display that employee’s Shift Review.

First, make sure that the desired user’s role has access to this feature. To learn more about adjusting a user’s role and restrictions, Click HereYou will need to make sure that PIN Codes have been enabled for the POS. Tap the three lines in the top-left and navigate to the "Settings". Then, navigate down to the PIN Code feature and enable.
 

Next, to access the feature, hold down on the employee’s name in the bottom left. A pop-up will appear, displaying the “Manager Shift Review”. 


Taping this feature will display all employees that have accessed the POS. There are a few statuses to be aware of. 

  • “Completed”- This server shift has gone through the Shift Review process and has been clocked out.


  • “Outside Shift”- This employee had accessed the point of sale before clocking in. You may need to adjust the employee’s timecard. Click here for more information regarding adjusting employee timecards 


  • “Pending Review”- This employee is currently clocked in and still needs to go through a shift review.


  • “Collected”- This employee has partially completed the employee shift review. Cash in hand has been collected but still needs to clock out.


  • “Tipped Out”- This employee has partially completed the employee shift review. Cash has been collected and cash tips have been given, but the employee still needs to clock out.



Tapping on an employee’s name displays the Server Shift Review for that specific employee. Managers can utilize this feature to maintain the employees clocked in and manage all employees that are clocking out, ensuring all orders have been closed and cash is collected.
