Addmi POS offers managers access to adjust and create timecards from the Point of Sale. Users can now adjust an employees shift time without having to access the Addmi Dashboard.

First, make sure that the desired user’s role has access to this feature. To learn more about adjusting a user’s role and restrictions, Click Here.

Make sure that the Addmi POS has “Time Management” and “PIN Code” features enabled. Go to “Settings” by clicking on the three lines in the top-left corner. Confirm that the required settings are turned on.   

Once the required features are enabled, return to main POS screen. To access the Timecard Review, hold down the employee’s name in the bottom left. A pop-up will appear, displaying the “Timecard Review”.

Next, either select the employee that needs to have their timecard adjusted from the left-side of the screen or begin creating a new shift by tapping on “Add Shift”. 


Enter in the required information. Once all information is entered, click “Save”. The timecard will be added onto the left-hand side of the screen. If you were adjusting an employee time, clicking “Save” will complete the adjustments.
