This document will guide you through the process of lowering your payment processing rate with Square. You will need to contact Square directly to begin this conversation.
1) First, visit: Square Support Center - US (squareup.com) and log in using your account credentials. Navigate to the Square Support page by clicking "question mark" icon at the top right of the screen.
2) Next, scroll towards the bottom of the page until you see “Live help when you need it”. Click on “Get Support”. This will display a chat box on the right-hand side of your screen.
3) Finally, type in “custom rate for my business” into the chat function. This will prompt you through a flow that helps get you in contact with a Square Representative.
