Sending an item to multiple stations allows an item that needs to be seen by multiple to be sent to all the stations it needs to be seen by. You can either choose single fulfillment or double fulfillment or double fulfillment.
1. To assign an item to multiple stations, access your Addmi dashboard. Select "Store" and then "Back of House". Under item station assignment selection "Add Station". The stations you will create correspond with your printer and/or display screens within your restaurant. (For example: kitchen, bar, drinks, etc.)
2. Select the stations you would like your items to be sent to, whether it be one, two, or as many as you need.
3. In your Addmi Display System app you will now select which stations you would like to watch at which devices. Select "Settings" and then "Addmi Display System". Under watched stations choose your selections. Do this on each device used at the corresponding stations.
4. If you're not utilizing display screen, go into your Addmi Point of Sale app. Select the hamburger menu, settings, and printers.
5. Select the "Create Printer Configuration" button, engage Print Order Ticket option, and select the stations you would like to print at that printer.
