Online Order acceptance allows a restaurant to receive online order notifications to their Point of Sale, and manually send an estimated wait time text to customers'' phone. In this mode you can accept and reject online orders to accommodate to the environment in your restaurant.
1. To enable Online Order acceptance, access your Addmi dashboard. Under the Store tab select "Front of House" and locate "Online Orders." Check the "Require online orders to be accepted or rejected from Addmi POS."
2. Set up automatic rejection time.
3. To enter the Online Order focus mode on your Point of Sale, go into your settings and select Point of Sale. Scroll down to Focus Modes and select Online Orders.
4. When an online order is received use the arrow to drop down and view the order. Select either Accept or Decline.
5. If accept is selected, select a fulfillment ETA. This ETA will be sent to the customers phone in a text message.
