Editing Attendees Information

You can use the Addmi dashboard to edit your Attendee information. 

  1. From your Addmi Dashboard on the left-hand side, navigate down to the "Tickets" tab. Select "Events".
  2. Now, click the event that you'd like to edit or view the attendee list.
  3.  Click the "Attendee" tab at the top of the page.
  4. You can now add, edit, and view all attendees that have registered for the event.

Examples include:

  • Name
  • Email and phone
  • Checked-In status


There are several actions you can perform on attendee listings. 

  • Resend Tickets - send the ticket email again to specific ticket holders 
  • Resend Receipts - send the receipt to ticket purchaser
  • Void and Refund tickets
  • Uncheck-in guests


Uncheck-in Event Guests

Occasionally a guest may be accidentally checked in to your event, and you will want to reset that setting. 

To access this setting, follow this path:


  • your event > Attendees  
  • locate the Attendee to edit
  • check the box to the left of their name
  • click the Actions box that appears above the checkboxes
  • click the Uncheck-in button

You may need to first click the Select Table Columns button and turn on Checked-In column.
