Customers can communicate that they are at your location to pick up their order. There will be a visual cue in the Addmi point of sale and/or the Addmi DS app. 



To enable Customer Arrival Notification

  • Go to Store > Store Settings > Customer Real Time Update
  • Turn on "Allow notification for pickup"
  • If customers do not enter their phone number, this feature will not work. You may want to set this setting to 'on'.



When a customer places an order, they will have an option to send the Arrival notification. 




They can also add a note, possibly to describe their vehicle or other methods of identification.



They will receive a confirmation that the notification has been sent.



Then the app interface will update to display a new arrival confirmation.


Tapping on the Arrival Notification icon will open the window containing the customer order number, name, and time of arrival. If a note was included, it will also be displayed. 


Tapping the "Dismiss" button will remove the list and will return the interface display to '0'.
