Event Reporting:

  • Using Addmi software for events, you can easily see how your event is performing. You will be able to view how many tickets were reserved and the total revenue from the tickets. Users can also view a list of customers that have purchased the ticket.


  • You can easily switch between events by clicking on the drop-down menu at the top of the page.



Exporting Event Summary Reports

You can export the event order report.
Select the fields you would like to have displayed, including:

  • Collected customer data
  • Ticket purchase totals
  • Discounts, refunds, voids
  • Addmi service fees, payment processor fees, taxes
  • Event details such as start/end times



  1. In Addmi dashboard, go to Reports > Events > "Event Orders Summary".
  2. Click Show/Hide Fields to modify spreadsheet columns and data displayed.
  3. Select your date range.
  4. Export to .XLS or .CSV
