Store Reports:

  • Using the “Store” reports, you will be able to navigate through store specific reports such as: items, orders, activities, efficiencies, discounts, and loyalty.
Items:
  1. This tab will give you a detailed report on your store’s items. It will breakdown your item’s based on category and will show your revenue streams from each item.
Orders:
  1. You can view an entire order with ease using the “Orders” tab. You will be able to see the order information and detailed breakdown of the payment.
Activities:
  1. In the “Activities” tab, users are shown a detailed report on the busiest times and days of operation. You will also see the net sales and number of orders within a certain period or day.
Efficiencies:
  1. In the “Efficiency” tab, you will be able to see how efficient your staff is working and completing orders. You will also be able to determine what the average wait time per order. 
Discounts:
  1. You can view your store discounts using the “Discount” tab. This section will provide you a detailed breakdown of how many discounts were received, the total amount of discounts and the employees that authorized the discount.
Loyalty:
  1. The “Loyalty” tab will display all customer loyalty points that have been redeemed and for which items. You can easily see who your top customers are and who is taking advantage of your loyalty program.
