Customer Loyalty Redemption

Online Ordering:

To allow customers to redeem earned loyalty point from online orders, you need to enable "Require SMS phone number entry". The loyalty points are tracked based on the customers phone number.

When the customer is beginning to checkout and if they have earned enough points, they will be notified that they can redeem their loyalty points.

Point of Sale Redemption:

To allow customers to redeem earned loyalty point from the Point of Sale, you will first need to attach the customer information to the order.

Once a new order has been started and you would like to attach the customers information, tap on the "Fulfillment Information" button at the top of the order.

  • If the customers information is already stored in the account from an online order, you can simply type in the customers phone number and click "Lookup". This will auto populate the remaining customer information. Make sure to tap "Save" to attach the customer information to this order.

  • If the customer has not yet been entered, you will need to enter the customers phone number, name, and email. Make sure to tap "Save" to attach the customer information to this order.

Once the order has the customers information attached, the customers information will be displayed at the top of the order. It will show the available amount of loyalty point for that customer. When accessing the payment screen, the option for "Loyalty Points" will be available as a payment method.
