Addmi is integrated with DoorDash, which means smooth, seamless service for your customer experience. However, sometimes there may be an issue with an order, and in those cases we provide VIP support from DoorDash!


Refunds are not provided over the phone since you will need to submit an itemized receipt

As a white labeled solution, DoorDash support team does not file end customer refund requests or inquiries. 

Refunds must be submitted within 72 hours of order completion.


IMPORTANT!
You will need your order information to get support from DoorDash. 

You can find this inside Store > Orders

Locate the blue order number and click it to open the order details window

Look for the DoorDash link and use the characters after  'orders/' (see example below)

  • If you're calling in specifically asking for a refund, the best action would be to reach DoorDash by their refund form so that an investigation can be done. Refunds are not provided over the phone, since you will need to submit an itemized receipt. Refunds must be submitted within 72 hours of order completion.
