Delivery with Addmi using DoorDash
Addmi is integrated with DoorDash and the DoorDash driver fleet, which means smooth, seamless service for your customer experience.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Once your menu is set up and a payment processor is connected, you can deliver
- Use Addmi DS on iPad and printer (optional) to receive orders and print receipts/tickets
- Incoming orders display on iPad/print, labeled as 'Delivery' on tickets and receipts
- DoorDash picks up and delivers, with industry standard order tracking for customers
- All orders and transactions are available in your Addmi and Square reports (when applicable)
- Your savings will be 25-50% from what you would pay to third party delivery services
HOW TO BEGIN
- You must enable Delivery in Addmi dashboard
- Go to Store > Front of House > Fulfillment Method and select Delivery
- Click Manage, and select DoorDash (not In-House)
- Enter a phone number so you can be contacted by couriers and notified of cancellations
- Select Minimum Order amount and Maximum Distance for delivery
- Add a Prep Time to give drivers an arrival and pick up time window
- Add a custom message for couriers such as where to park, your location in the building, etc.
DELIVERY FEES USING DOORDASH WITH ADDMI
- Addmi only charges a 10% fee compared to 20-40% for comparable third party services.
- Addmi does not secretly increase your menu items’ prices, unlike some 3rd party services.
- We make money when you make money, so we want to help you get more sales.
- Addmi adds an additional $1 charge to orders under $20 to cover this delivery fee offset.
Customers will pay $3.99 for the first 2 miles, and then an additional $1.50 for each 2 miles after that (measured 'as the crow flies', which is much better than measuring actual roadways).

Default settings (easily adjustable):
- $10 order minimum for deliveries
- 10 miles maximum distance for deliveries
