There are 2 Ways to Deliver with Addmi

With Addmi you can choose from two types of delivery services:

  1. In-House Delivery is best for when your staff runs deliveries 
  2. DoorDash Delivery does all the work for you, tapping into the DoorDash fleet of drivers

There are many advantages to using Addmi Delivery service. Saving on fees is BIG, but there’s more.




Here is how our delivery works:

  1. You must enable "Delivery" order method from your "Store --> Front of House --> Delivery". 
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Select either ‘In-House Delivery’ or DoorDash.
  4. For DoorDash, Addmi only charges you a 10% fee compared to 20-30% for comparable third-party services.
  5. We do not increase your items’ prices. Your customers save money and do not feel cheated.
  6. IF you are to choose your own in-house delivery, we don’t charge you any delivery fees!
  7. We partner with hotels, business buildings and apartments to get more customers for you.


In-House Delivery

When you select Addmi's In-House Delivery option, you can create a name and set a price (optional) plus select the minimum order amount allowed to place an order, and the radius. The price is a single set charge which does not adjust based on order amount.  



Scheduled In-House Delivery

  • Check the Enable box to allow scheduled deliveries. 
  • You can restrict this feature to specific weekdays, and you can select a drop off time. 
  • Set the 'cut-off time' to turn off scheduled order eligibility. 



Delivery using DoorDash

With DoorDash delivery, you gain access to the reliable Uber driver fleet, but pay half the cost of third-party delivery service options.
