Addmi Dashboard is where you set all of your Store settings, including business settings, items, and account users.


Addmi Dashboard will provide the best results when used on a computer, generally with the Google Chrome browser.


Store Hours

  1. To make sure your store is open, click on the "Store" tab and click on "Store Settings". Navigate down the page and you will see "Business Hours".

  2. You can either manually close or open your store if wanting to open/closer earlier or later.




86’ing an item

  1. Select the three lines at the top left corner of the screen and click on "Store". 

  2. Select "Items" and find the item you want to 86. Click on the inventory button and click on OUT OF STOCK/86. 


Readjusting Inventory

  1. Do the following steps as 86’ing but click on "Adjust Inventory"

  2. Click Track Inventory

  3. Select the following reason and enter the amount of inventory of the item. 


***Make sure the reasoning is accurate***

-Stock Received and Restock Return will add onto the original amount of inventory 

-Inventory Recount will only change to the given amount

-Damage, Theft, and Loss will remove the amount of inventory


Contacting Customers

  1. If necessary, call the customer to notify them that you are out of the item they have ordered

  2. Click on the three lines and select the category Customers, search up their last name and find the customer’s full name

  3. It will give their email address or number on the side, which you will dial them to let them know their item is out of stock and to either receive a refund or replace their item with another dish.
